一、项目概况Program Overview

上海市儿童医院小儿泌尿外科国际（亚太）培训基地由上海市儿童医院主导建设，并得到亚太小儿泌尿外科医师协会（APAPU）的学术支持。项目面向亚太地区儿童医院及相关医疗机构的小儿泌尿外科医生开放，为不同职业阶段的申请人提供灵活、聚焦的临床观摩与学术交流机会。

This program is led by Shanghai Children’s Hospital with academic support from the Asia-Pacific Association of Pediatric Urologists (APAPU). The program is open to pediatric urologists from children’s hospitals and other healthcare institutions across the Asia-Pacific region, offering flexible and focused opportunities for clinical observation and academic exchange at different career stages.

项目依托上海市儿童医院小儿泌尿外科的临床、教学和科研平台，根据申请人的专业背景、学习目标和可访时间制定个体化安排。培训以临床观摩和学术交流为主，兼顾病例讨论、多学科联合诊疗、手术视频复盘及研究合作交流，帮助学员了解儿童泌尿系统疾病的规范化、精准化和个体化诊疗。

Drawing on the clinical, educational and research resources of the Department of Pediatric Urology, each visit is tailored to the applicant’s professional background, learning objectives and availability. The program focuses on clinical observation and academic exchange, supplemented by case discussions, multidisciplinary care, surgical video review and research collaboration. It aims to strengthen participants’ understanding of standardized, precise and individualized care in pediatric urology.

二、培训类型与时长 Program Formats and Duration

注：超过3个月的访问不属于本项目标准范围，可按医院常规进修项目另行申请和审核。

Note: Visits exceeding three months fall outside the standard scope of this program and may be considered separately under the hospital’s regular clinical training arrangements.

三、招生对象与申请条件Eligibility and Application Requirements

招生对象为亚太地区儿童医院或相关医疗机构中从事小儿泌尿外科工作的执业医师，重点包括资深专科医生、专科培训阶段医师及青年外科医生。申请人应具备医学本科及以上学历、所在国家或地区认可的有效执业资格、良好的职业记录和基本英语沟通能力，并获得所在单位、科室主任或导师的推荐。

The program is intended for licensed physicians practicing pediatric urology at children’s hospitals or other healthcare institutions in the Asia-Pacific region, including senior specialists, physicians in subspecialty training and early-career surgeons. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in medicine or an equivalent or higher qualification, possess a valid professional license recognized in their home country or region, be in good professional standing, have sufficient English proficiency, and obtain a recommendation from their institution, Head of Department or supervisor.

临床活动原则上以观摩为主。任何带教下的临床参与均须符合中国有关专业注册要求、医院审批程序及医疗安全管理规定。

Clinical activities are primarily observational. Any supervised clinical participation is subject to applicable professional registration requirements in China, institutional approval procedures and the policies of Shanghai Children’s Hospital concerning patient safety.

四、临床与学术方向Clinical and Academic Focus

1. 尿道重建。初次及再次尿道下裂修复、并发症处理、复杂尿道重建及长期功能随访。

1. Urethral reconstruction. Primary and redo hypospadias repair, complication management, complex urethral reconstruction and long-term functional follow-up.

2. 性发育异常（DSD）。多学科评估、个体化治疗与重建、伦理与家庭沟通及长期随访。

2. Differences of sex development (DSD). Multidisciplinary assessment, individualized treatment and reconstruction, ethics, family communication and long-term follow-up.

3. 微创与机器人手术。病例选择、手术观摩、手术视频复盘及模拟训练。

3. Minimally invasive and robotic surgery. Case selection, operative observation, surgical video review and simulation training.

4. 下尿路功能。尿动力学、神经源性膀胱、排尿功能障碍及重建围手术期功能评估。

4. Lower urinary tract function. Urodynamics, neurogenic bladder, voiding dysfunction and perioperative functional assessment in reconstructive surgery.

五、教学团队与国际交流Faculty and International Exchange

项目由上海市儿童医院小儿泌尿外科承担日常教学与管理。黄轶晨主任医师、吕逸清主任医师等担任核心师资。科室成立于20世纪70年代，是国内较早独立建科的小儿泌尿外科专业科室之一，年门诊量超过35,000人次，年手术量超过4,000例，在复杂泌尿生殖道畸形、尿道重建、性发育差异多学科诊疗、微创及机器人手术等方面具有较丰富的临床与教学经验。

The Department of Pediatric Urology at Shanghai Children’s Hospital is responsible for the program’s day-to-day teaching and administration.  Dr Yichen Huang, Dr Yiqing Lü and other senior specialists serving as core faculty. Established in the 1970s, the department was among the earliest independent pediatric urology departments in China. It manages more than 35,000 outpatient visits and performs over 4,000 operations annually, with extensive clinical and teaching experience in complex congenital genitourinary anomalies, urethral reconstruction, multidisciplinary DSD care, minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery.

根据教学主题及师资日程，项目可邀请协会主席Sujit Chowdhary教授、协会前任主席Chung-Kwong（CK）Yeung教授、教育委员会成员Fuiboon Lai医生及协会理事会其他成员，通过现场或线上方式参与专题讲座、专题大师班、病例讨论及学术交流。国际师资安排以实际邀请和最终日程为准。

Depending on the educational theme and faculty availability, invited teachers may include APAPU President Professor Sujit Chowdhary, APAPU Past President Professor Chung-Kwong (CK) Yeung, Education Committee member Dr Fuiboon Lai and other APAPU Board members. They may contribute in person or online through focused lectures, Master Classes, case discussions and academic exchange. International faculty participation is subject to individual invitation and final scheduling.

七、考核与结业ProcessAssessment and Completion

培训期间实行导师负责制和过程管理。考核内容包括出勤、培训日志、病例讨论或分析、学术汇报及综合表现。完成既定培养计划、出勤率达到90%以上且无医疗安全或职业纪律不良记录者，经审核后可获得项目结业证明。

Each participant will be assigned a supervisor and monitored throughout the program. Assessment includes attendance, completion of a training logbook, case discussion or analysis, an academic presentation and overall performance. Participants who complete the agreed training plan, achieve at least 90% attendance, and have no patient-safety or professional-conduct concerns may receive a Certificate of Completion following institutional review.

八、收费与资助 Fees and Financial Support

上述收费为参考标准，最终以医院审核结果及录取通知书为准。国际旅费、签证、保险、住宿、餐饮及个人生活费用原则上由学员自行承担。

The fees listed above are indicative and remain subject to final hospital approval and the official admission letter. International travel, visa, insurance, accommodation, meals and personal living expenses are normally the responsibility of the participant.

其他减免。来自资源相对有限国家或地区，或长期合作机构的申请人，可根据所在国家或地区经济发展水平、申请人实际情况及公益基金可用额度，申请部分或全部培训费减免。所有减免均实行个案审核，不构成预先承诺。

Other fee reductions. Applicants from resource-limited countries or regions, or from long-standing partner institutions, may apply for a partial or full tuition waiver. Decisions will take into account the economic circumstances of the applicant’s country or region, the applicant’s individual situation and the availability of charitable funding. All requests are reviewed individually, and no waiver is guaranteed in advance.
